Laiyang Construction Machinery Factory was founded in 1984. After more than 30 years of unremitting efforts and hard work, it has now developed into a national construction engineering machinery backbone enterprise. The factory is a core enterprise of Shandong Hongda Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 3.8 million yuan. Now it covers an area of ​​500,000 square meters, with a construction area of ​​290,000 square meters and 1,500 employees.

Especially in recent years, in the face of the severe challenges of national macro-control and fiercer competition in the same industry, the factory has fully implemented the four strategies of "talent, technology, brand, and integrity", using new concepts and new ideas. New measures have condensed the new advantages of enterprise development, opened up new paths for enterprise development in the predicament, and achieved new rapid, healthy and sustainable development. It has invested more than 200 million yuan for new product development and the construction of a modern science and technology center building. It has introduced nearly 100 scientific and technical personnel, formed a strong scientific research and development strength, and completed a strategic leap from technology introduction to self-design and research and development. The main products produced are concrete mixing plants, concrete mixers, stabilized soil mixing plants, construction elevators, tower cranes and more than 20 other products. Among them, the 180 concrete mixing plant, after the technical appraisal of the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Department, its overall technical indicators reached the domestic and international advanced level in terms of productivity and noise control. It was rated as a national key new product. The mixing control device and the automatic control device of the concrete mixing plant won two national patents. In 2006, two new types of construction elevators, SC200/200 and SC200/200P, were developed, and the transformation of QTZ125, QTZ80, QTZ63 tower crane arm and SCD200/200A cable system were modified.It developed and designed E-2HZS60 and E-2HZS75 two economical mixing plants, the 2000-type building material mixing plants supporting the German brick-making machine. It completed the upgrading of JS1000 and JS2000 SICOMA-type mixers,designed completed the LB500 asphalt mixing equipment, LB1000 dust removal system, 300-ton large asphalt storage bins, etc. At the same time, the factory also passed the inspection of special equipment construction elevators by the National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and obtained special equipment manufacturing licenses; successfully obtained the A-level qualification certificate for tower crane installation, reconstruction and maintenance and Class B qualification certificate for installation, renovation and maintenance of construction elevators; successfully passed the Quality Assurance Center of China Quality Association, and supervised and audited the company's 2000 version of ISO9001 international standard quality system. Successfully passed the forensic review of the national metrology manufacturing license. Has been awarded "Top 100 Enterprises in Shandong Machinery Industry"; "National Key Brand-Creating Enterprise", "National Integrity and Law-abiding Enterprise", "National Contract-abiding and Credit-honoring Enterprise", "Top Ten Enterprises in Shandong Tower Crane Industry", and Yantai City The Inland Revenue Bureau and the Yantai Local Taxation Bureau awarded the “Class A Tax Credit Enterprise” in May 2004. In 2006, it achieved sales income of 220 million yuan and profits and taxes of 19 million yuan.
